Islands and Motu of Aitutaki

Aitutaki has 3 volcanically formed islands and 12 coral motu (islets). The islands and motu are listed below commencing wih the main island of Aitutaki and then going in a clock-wise direction around the lagoon:

  • Aitutaki - the largest island in the atoll, volcanic in origin.
