Maina SunsetMaina sunset is a small and friendly destination on the south-west end of Aitutaki. Nestled in amongst the trees it is right on the waterfront with views across the lagoon to Maina motu (islet). The property offers eight studio rooms and also have four other larger units where the bedroom is enclosed from the living area. All accommodation has its own ensuite bathroom with shower, 1 queen-sized bed and 1 single bed, plus outdoor verandah. The owners also have another property in Rarotonga (Reefcomber Sunset) so if you are visiting both Rarotonga and Aitutaki, they can arrange accommodation on both islands.
Meals and DiningThe 4 one-bedroom units each have a full kitchen and breakfast bar, whereas the studio rooms have refrigerator and tea and coffee making. There is a casual restaurant on-site that serves tropical breakfast daily, and dinners also on request. Beverages are available from a shop on the premises. Activities and SightseeingThere is staff on duty 24 hrs a day. They can organise your local trips and activities, including lagoon boat cruise, fishing, snorkelling etc.
